Putting anti-bullying policies in place , as well as processes that treat victims as valued employees who deserve support and protection, can help improve office culture and reduce incidents of harassment and mobbing. Conduct work environment surveys every six months to monitor the health of workers and their performance within the company.



Analyze workers' performance frequently and see if their Phone Number List   level has decreased.
